Because many of our arrangements are handcrafted and may include seasonal or natural products, the final product may vary slightly from the photographs displayed on our website.

Flowers, colors, containers, packaging, chocolates, decorative elements, and other components are subject to availability. When necessary, we may substitute an unavailable item with another of similar style, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and intention of the original design.

Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full before they are prepared or delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and additional customization fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to complete your order.

Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, messages, addresses, colors, and other personalization information before submitting an order.

Once production or preparation of a personalized item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Fresh Flowers & Handcrafted Products

Fresh flowers are natural products. Variations in color, size, shape, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

The lifespan of fresh flowers depends on environmental conditions and the care they receive after delivery.

Luxury Cash Gifts

For products containing cash, such as our Luxury Cash Cake, the selected cash amount is separate from the design and craftsmanship fee and any optional add-ons.

Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming the correct cash amount before completing their purchase. Once a cash gift has been prepared or delivered, the cash portion of the order cannot be refunded except where required by applicable law.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, and any relevant delivery instructions.

Cancellations & Refunds
